  1. Pull your gun out and im still not going with no one. I feel sorry for her, life gone for no reason 🙁

  2. This phone companies, they think they are doing good by not providing the cops information about their clients, but I say, I don’t want to be a customer of this kind of companies, if I’m missing, or a loved one, I would like the company to help cops in any way they can.

  3. Its great that the 'Kelsey Smith Act' is in place in so many states, but its bad it has to be a police officers daughter to be able to get it done. There have been many parents/partners that know something absolutely has happened to their loved one, but were told nothing could be done via the phone company on tracing their phone. I cant imagine how frustrating it would be knowing theres some way of possibly finding a person through 'pings' and being told no we cant help you and then the person is found dead.

  4. I wish they would have shown more of the Target video. You actually see this creep bent over rushing her as she opened her car door forcing her into her car and he drove off with her. Sooo very sad she didn't survive.

  5. My heart is breaking for the family I’m devastated that anyone could harm such a innocent angel….

  6. FLY HIGH WITH ALL THE BEAUTIFUL ANGELS "KELSEY SMITH"🙏🙇😿🙏🙏👼💞😖.HOPE HE ROTS FOR WHAT HE DID TO KELSEY!!!

  7. Its Better to park as far in the front of a store as possible. Always look around you to see if someone is following you be very ALERT about your surrounding. He should have never to that. Dig bag.

  8. Omg the co workers should of beat he’s ass!!! Ladies carry a weapon we live among crazy fucks like this weird looking mf!!!!!

  9. I feel so sorry for Kelesy Smith who never got to go home to her family and give her boyfriend his present for their sixth month annversary. I hope Edwin Hall would never get porole at all.

  10. There's still a lot of chit chat about cell phone company's being obligated to give up their phone records. I of course understand that the information could be vital to saving someone's life but how or who do you hold accountable? You can't arrest the entire company so that only leaves a law suit which in turn makes it non-criminal but you're still "breaking the law". It's just a double edged sword and very confusing how you make a law that you can't break but also can't be arrested for if that makes any sense.

  11. I lived in O. P. KS at that time, and I remember this case! It made everyone afraid! I worked nights and had to be out but it caused me to stop a lot of shopping and trusting ppl plus I feel like it cast a dark cloud over the whole area.

There are so many troubled ppl out here hurting others – and Mental Health needs to be addressed more seriously. Oak Park Mall was my favorite hang out at the time. It's so sad this awful thing happened to anyone – especially that beautiful, young lady. We must ALL BE MORE AWARE OF OUR SURROUNDINGS. It can save your life!

  12. what a sick fuck..thank god for those surveillance cameras..when he heard the verdict he seemed surprised,i hope he rots in prison and suffer every minute of his pathetic life…what a waste of sperm

  13. Dont you just love how the laws and bs bureaucracy cause this young girl to lose her life. The cell phone company cant give out lifesaving info. I get it but dam use common sense sometime people. RIP Kelsey.

  14. This guy is so painfully stupid.
He walked stalked his victim on camera and abducted her in broad daylight using his own truck while touching her property, leaving fingerprints everywhere.

    What a complete idiot….

  15. My teen granddaughters both have phones, of course in the parents name. My daughter has an app that tracks their phones to the street corner, or address that the girls are at….of course the girls know and approve…I certainly approve. If fact, now if I have your phone number I can track anyone…

  16. Do Not get into a vehicle and leave with an abductor. If you start screaming and fighting the majority of kidnappers will leave the scene w/o you….

  17. Whoa! He eats small children? Did I hear that right? And how did that not raise a red flag? Where did he get these children? EATING small children—WTF.

  18. Had the phone company helped from day one maybe just maybe they would have gotten to her in time or at the time when he had her and was about to harm her… wicked company I swear

  19. and this is why kids always have a tracking app allowing your parents to track u .. they also have new book bags with a alarm and other safety garmets that alerts authorities as well ..

  20. I saw this! It was the first episode of “see no evil” it was really sad! They actually showed this bastard run across targets parking lot in broad day light and force her into the car! Then this silly bastard after killing her had the nerve to go home to his girlfriend and his baby to finish packing the house to move!

  21. It’s wonderful that all these guys decide to breed before they get caught. Some poisonous DNA have a survivors fate, slippery, lucky, and all but indestructible.

  22. That’s insane. He had a wife and child and I’m wondering what they thought about this. Usually a sacrifice means an animal not human. The wife had to know about the religion if he had a shrine at home. Also he sexually assaulted her and I’ve never heard of religions doing that either.

  23. "A Celtic religion", which one? "A sacrifice for that religion", you mean a murder for self pleasure. This crime is horrific. But don't suggest it had anything to do with several countries worth of people.

  24. I wish all cases were taken into action as fast as this one did . The rule of having to be missing for 48 hours (?) is way toooo long . They acted so fast with this case and was still too late . So sad .

  25. Ladies. ..DO NOT GET IN THE CAR. NO MATTER WHAT. .. gun, knife, threat!!….OH WELL let him do minimal harm in public, Rather get in the vehicle and DIE

  26. One of my criminal justice professors told us if you are ever held at gun point and told to get in the car DONT you run the opposite direction you have a way better chance of surviving bc once your in that car you’ll prob not make it out alive
