TELUS | Managing Monitored Doorbell Camera in the SmartHome App


(upbeat music) – [Narrator] To manage a
monitored doorbell camera, first log in to the Telus Smart Home app. Top the menu icon in the upper left corner and scroll down and select doorbell camera to switch to the doorbell camera screen. To start live video monitoring, tap on the image. To adjust doorbell settings, tap the settings icon in
the upper right corner. Here you can name the doorbell and modify its settings. Select Set Up Doorbell Call Notifications to set up a notification. Select Add to add a new
trigger notification and select Doorbell Call. On the new page, you can
rename the notification and select which device you’d like to use. As well as what event and
during what time to monitor. Selecting notification filtering will allow you to further customize when you receive notifications. Next tap Add Recipient, select the recipients in the address book by adding check marks beside their name and then tap Close. Finally, tap Save. Select LED Brightness and Color to adjust the doorbell LED. Chime settings can also be found on the settings page as well. Toggle on and off indoor chime, the indoor doorbell sound
and digital door chime. The sound made when the
door opens and closes. As well, adjust the volume
of the outdoor chime. Remember to select Save
in the upper right corner when your adjustments to the doorbell settings are complete.
