Ring Stick Up Cam Wired Unboxing

Gabe: Hey everybody. This is Gabe at Security Baron and today we’re
unboxing the Ring Stick Up Cam. Let’s jump in. [music] If you want to see a list of our favorite
home security cameras, google: “Security Baron best home security camera”. If you have a question about today’s unboxing,
leave us a comment and I’ll get back to you. Here we go, unboxing the Ring Stick Up Cam. First thing first, looks like we have some
literature here. This is the Wired version of the Stick Up
Cam. [background noise] Table, wall… [background noise] They gave us a whole box that looks like for
installation tools. Here is the actual Stick Up Camera itself. Various elements to set it up…There we go. That’s flexible. I’ll check that out in a second. We got our tools here. [background noise] All the tools we need to set it up. Elements of the power supply. That thing is the indoor power supply. Here we have the outdoor power supply. Alright, hold up, wait. Quick break. Stick Up Camera is just of many products that
Ring makes for the smart home. We were just wondering, what would you all
like to see us review next here at Security Baron? Leave us a comment below on what you’d like
to see us review from Ring. Appreciate it. Let’s get back to the video. Looks like that’s all we have in the box with
the Ring, a Stick Up Came with the installation tools. I’m going to go ahead and open it up, look
at some of the elements of the system…Oh, wow. That’s for the outdoor power supply. We put that over there. [background noise] Tools, galore! We have elements for the indoor power supply
here. That will go with this. Put these together. Voilá. Now you’ve got your indoor power supply ready. The Stick Up Cam definitely prides itself
on being able to put in various positions and all types of places. With all these pieces you can definitely mount
this to a wall, put it on a table, in different angles for each one of those. That’s what you’ve got with all of these different
pieces. Even put it on the ceiling, which is something
we have not seen yet. I don’t think at Security Baron. Maybe technically with some of that adhesive
we have for some of our cameras we could put it on the ceiling. They actually talk about putting it directly
on the ceiling. It seems high tech, a little “Mission of Impossible”-ly
to have our cameras coming down from the ceiling. Then we have our camera itself. It’s protected. From what I can tell, it does tell you to
remove the cover, you can screw it in here. Looks like there’s an Ethernet cable inside,
the power adapter. In fact, I’m going to go ahead and open this
up, to get a look. There are a lot of pieces to be undone here. Oh, not that many pieces. Whoa, “Remove the cover and run your cable
through it before unplug it.” You going to have to take this part off, put
the cable in and then the cable will come out through here. I like that because it helps to keep the cable
nice and flush against the actual camera. It makes for just cleaner look for your camera. That’s really cool, just unscrew it and set
it up. Then we have this large and long cable. This seems to protect, be protected from the
elements. This is the outdoor power supply. These are elements of setting up that outdoor
power supply. You really have a lot of options with your
Ring Stick Up Cam. Of course, Ring has a ton of actual outdoor
cameras, but it’s good to have that versatility with just one camera. Here are the tools — our indoor power supply,
our outdoor power supply, and our Ring Stick Up Cam. That’s our unboxing of the Ring Stick Up Cam. If you appreciated today’s video, give us
