  1. Awsome , never saw such a short and crisp vido .I was always afraid of networking . its one of best knowledge full video . Its Sea in Casule ๐Ÿ˜‰ Thanks

  2. Please (Physical Layer)

    Do (Data Link Layer)

    Not (Network Layer)

    Tell (Transport Layer)

    secret (Session Layer)

    Password (Presentation Layer)

    Anyone ( Application Layer )

  3. This guy really understands the OSI Model..Wow! I can't ask for more. I just can't stop repeating it. I love it. Very detailed and short. Anything on routing protocols please? I can't wait. Educate us.

  5. THANKS A LOTTT for such easy explanation . You just explained all what my college teacher was unable to explain in 15 lectures!! and saved my exam paper .

  6. Greatest๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช effort from techterms
    Biggest concept in concise words
    Thaks for the best video

  7. The best video ever, thank you bro!!! What a great lesson!!!!! Oh man you taught me in 17 minutes what I couldn't understand from my course in the whole semester >< My exam is on Tuesday, wish me good luck ๐Ÿ˜€ Thank you so much for this video, amazing! Much love to you from Innopolis, Tatarstan, Russia ๐Ÿ™‚ Monday, August 26th, 2019.

  8. Its probable the best video on this topic available on internet …. those 448 dislikes are from people who published DUMB videos in youtube on this topic ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€

  9. This is the best explanation of the OSI model I have seen by far. This model is in our syllabus from 12th standard but till now I was unable to truly grasp the complete idea. This video just made concepts 100x clearer. Thank you for making this video

  10. Thanks a lot for this video! I've been trying to understand the different layers for days now andd this is the clearest and best explanation I've found online!

  11. Dude how can you make such videos… You deserves 1 million + likes.. Just go on.. Cheers.. Dude you should Make more related videos as its continuation, because you are extra ordinary for understanding people these lessons with the available time… ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

  12. Finally understood this fucking OSI model…omg thanks bro…was rounding around the world to understand the open shit interconnect and finally u cleared it….thanks alot

  13. I loved this video. Recently taking a course on CCNA and you have done an excellent job in explaining the OSI model. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate the effort. ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Excellent video..refer this if you are in hurry๐Ÿ‘‡
    APPLICATION LAYER :
    Provides networking services ( http,https,ftp,smtp,telnet…)

    PRESENTATION LAYER :
    1) Translation ( human readable to machine language and vice versa)
    2) Compression(lossy and lossless) ( for increasing the speed of sending and receiving the data)
    3) Encryption ( for security purpose)

    SESSION LAYER:
    consists of API's
    create session for required time
    provides-
    1)Authentication (check username and password)
    2)Authorization ( to check access)

TRANSPORT LAYER: ( Data unit -> segment)
    provides-
    1) Segmantation (Dividing data into segments..(seq number : port))
    2) Flow control (sends data at acceptable rates between two entities)
    3) Error control (checksum and re transmission of lost data)
    Protocols of transport layer:
    1) TCP (Connection oriented,slower(full data transfer),feedback)
    2) UDP (Connection less, faster(no complete data transfer),no feedback)

NETWORK LAYER : (data unit -> packet)
    Provides-
    1)Logical addressing ( ipv4 or ipv6 + mask)
    2)Routing
    3)Path determination (IS-IS ,BGP …)

DATALINK LAYER: (data unit -> frame)
    1)Access the media
(adds mac address and convert the packet to frames ..it basically connects the networking device with the machine(NIC))
2)Controls how the data is placed and received from the media (error detection,CSMA,MAC)

    PHYSICAL LAYER:
    convets bits into signals
    1)electrical signal -> copper wire
    2)light -> optical fiber
    3)radio signal -> air

  15. Turned out to be the longest video of my life.. since i m taking down notes and each line u spoke is must to be noted down.. tough time

  16. the video is contentful but it seems very fast hard to copy it in notes while listening…. but good explaination…
BUT U MISSED ABOUT TELLING TAIL COLUMN IN FRAMING?? WHT IS THAT ACTUALLY??

  17. You are very smart. Please keep on learning how to speak english fluently. Often when you have a noun, you need to proceed it with "the" – the network, the OSI model, the physical layer. Also No trilling of your tongue (unless you are speaking Russian or Spanish) ~your friendly TCP layer (I'm a teacher)

  18. i'm almost in the middle of this video and I can't wait to thank you for this brilliant work. really your decent information are so understandable and sequential. i suffered too much to find someone gave me this information in this order. I was so confused till you save my day . Tipping my hat for you bro. So thank you very much. i wanna go back to finish the video. please keep uploading videos like this and huge appreciation in advance .

  19. hey buddy … u are amazing… please upload more videos.. u made it so easy that everyone can understand… superb.. hats off to you..
