Empath Energy & Emotion Realignment + Protection | Guided Meditation

In this meditation, you will consciously release
emotions you are holding onto for other people or situations. You will call back your own energy and any
missing pieces or fragments from your entire being. You have an advanced emotional body. If you feel the need to cry during this experience,
know that it is part of the energy cleansing. And, the vibration of crying has healing benefits. Before we begin, make sure your environment
is quiet and somewhere you will not be disturbed. Take a deep breath in and exhale. Now, sit up straight and roll your shoulders
back. Or, lie down in a comfortable position. Allow for your body to relax.Take a long,
deep breath in to the count of 5 and firmly exhale. Quiet your mind. Put aside your worries for right now. The air you breathe has a bright color. Which color do you see? Continue with breathing in another slow, deep
inhale and releasing the breath with a firm exhale. Pay attention to your breath as you do this. Feel the air as it enters your lungs. Focus on its color filling your body from
head to toe. Continue breathing as your body relaxes. Release any tension as you exhale. Relax your forehead. Your eyelids. Soften your entire face. Take a bigger, deeper breath as you relax
the neck and shoulders. Relax your elbows and hands. Your fingers. Continue breathing as you release tension
from your back. Your stomach. Relax your legs and thighs. Feel the tension leave your entire body. All the way down to your feet. Take a few more breaths until your entire
body feels almost like it has melted. Visualize yourself sitting on the ground with
your back against a thick tree trunk. This tree is thousands of years old. It makes you feel protected and safe. You smell the soft scent of flowers. You hear a stream of water flowing. Allow yourself to embrace the soothing energy
of nature. As you sit rooted to the ground, safe and protected,
take a moment to ask your spiritual guides and angels for their help. Keep breathing slowly and deeply. Inhale. Exhale. Now visualize any unwanted energies being
gently pulled from your mind. Your body. Your soul. Energies that you have absorbed from another
person. A place. A situation. Anything that is weighing you down because
it is not your ow. Silently, to your spiritual guides and angels,
repeat the following: Thank you, guides and angels, for now removing attachments, lower
frequencies and lower vibrations that do not belong to me. Please return these and all other unhealthy
emotions and feelings from my body. Please return them back to the sender with
love. I release any lessons with forgiveness and
gratitude. I ask that you replace what has been released
with vibrant, divine White Light. Thank you. Feel the beam of warm, pure energy flowing
throughout your body. Continue breathing and visualizing this until
you feel fully released. Take another deep breath in and exhale. Notice the air as it fills your lungs. Inhale. Exhale. It is time now to call back your own energy. As you continue to lean back against this
strong tree trunk, safe and protected, let us call on Archangel Michael for his help. Visualize his protective sword, his cobalt
blue ray of light and energy. Call his name silently or out loud. Repeat the following:
Archangel Michael, please collect and safely return any energies I have left in people,
places or situations. Please remove all cords that do not stem from
love or cords that do not serve my higher purpose. Thank you for cleansing, healing and placing
these fragments back into my soul. Where they belong. Visualize these missing pieces as they come
back to you. From all four directions, guided safely and
protected by Archangel Michael… Continue breathing and visualizing as each
piece is pulled toward you. As you call your energy back in, feel yourself
become fully present. Once you feel yourself become whole again,
take in a deep breath of gratitude and exhale loudly. If you are ready to bring yourself to the
present moment, start by moving your toes slightly. Be aware of your body and continue with small
movements in your feet. Then your legs. Move your arms. Your hands. Fingers. Allow your small movements to grow into larger
movements. Do this a few more times, or as needed, while
slowly bringing energy back into your body through movement. Once you feel fully energized and revitalized,
slowly open your eyes again when ready. It is best to do this meditation once daily,
or any time you feel out of sync with your energy bodies.

    ot was intense n destined

    .at the end of the meditation I saw myself self.locked or self arrested behind a broken old door in an old house

    looking towards females walking on the road .

    I wish to not to stay there . I don't like the place .

  2. I really like this meditation and plan on using it again. I did have an issue with the meditation though. Through most of the meditation I was asked to envision my spiritual guardians or angles, but towards the end, I was supposed to envision Arch Angle Michael, whom I am not attached to and whom was not stated as being part of the meditation.

    I found this jarring.
    I had to force myself to think of my guardian instead of being able to calmly envision them as I had before Arch Angle Michael was brought up.

    This is the first meditation I listened to by Rasa, so if Arch Angle Michael is a regular theme of their meditations, I was not familiar.

    Overall, this meditation was wonderful.
    I could feel my inner heart cleansing, healing, and re-energizing and am happy to discover this treasure.

    Now that I have listened to this meditation, I will know when my Not-Guardian is mentioned so I will be ready to keep my Actual Guardian strong in my minds eye.

  4. I come back to this every few days. Wow.. I find it extremely helpful in realigning and grounding myself as well as releasing all past negative enrgy. The feeling I feel after is as if none of that ever happned. So far, though I have to do it every few days. Thankyou for such a great release. ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. I was doing so well until I started asking for Michael. I must have called him out loud bc my cat gypsy suddenly demanded my attention by grabbing my arm and sitting in my lap. But then maybe that was Michaels way of saying โ€œI here kid and I got this covered!โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ did take me a bit out of the moment though tbh love that old girl!
