My names Ray and I live in Jamestown Rhode
Island. My goal was that I wanted a system that was wireless. I didn’t want to be drilling
holes and putting permanent devices in the property so I couldn’t change or have any
flexibility. I contacted FrontPoint and told them what my needs were and I was really amazed
at the cost. I thought it was wonderful by comparison.
Customer service, which to me I’ve had such a bad experience with the previous company.
The customer service is unbelievable. Totally responsive, immediately responsible.
I also like the fact that I can access the system online. I can turn it on, turn it off,
I can give passwords, let people in that need to get to my property. I just can’t believe
how easy. I have an iPhone. I have an app for my iPhone and I am amazed at how easy
it is to do all of these things without having to be a techy of some kind. An average person
can do all of this with no difficulties. I’m happy with the system. I love the service.
I love the customer service response. I love the fact that and I do move devices around
depending upon my needs. I’m able to do that very easily and I particularly like that.
They work %100 as advertised.
